FAQs

1. Why was the Ceiling Tile Saver developed?
We developed the Ceiling Tile Saver for the benefit of our customer to protect their investment in their ceilings. Unfortunately , the ceiling tiles around the ceiling vents seem to collect dust and dirt soon after installation or cleaning. This situation has been a frustration for store managers and facility personnel since it takes away from the appearance of the facility. The Ceiling Tile Saver extends the life of the ceiling tiles and protects its appearance.

2. How does the Ceiling Tile Saver pay for its self?
Three ways. First it eliminates the cost to replace and clean the ceiling tiles that surround the ceiling vents. Secondly, it increases the down flow of the conditioned air from the H.V.A.C. system. Your facility is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We have customer report adjusting their thermostat settings by as much 3 to 5 degrees which results in a 10% energy savings. The third way is that it can be used as an in store promotional tool by attaching special vinyl strips that we can print in full color graphics. The vinyl strips can be replaced on a regular basis to promote in store promotions, brand awareness, and new products or ideals. In some cases the space can be sold to vendors thus creating a revenue stream for your facility.

3. Why is the Ceiling Tile Saver not completely clear?
The clearer the plastic the more rigid it is, which means it must be handled gently when removed and replaced for maintenance. It also mean that it will not yellow or age as fast as a completely clear plastics.

4. What colors are available?
The Ceiling Tile Saver is available in semi clear, white and black. Custom color matching is available for an addition charge. The color must provide a color sample. Please contact us for special pricing and details.

5. What about installation?

A Ceiling Tile Saver can be installed quickly by personnel trained to properly work on a ladder or lift. It can easily be removed for cleaning since it is not permanently secured by screws or adhesives.
